Why this job isn't for eveyone

It is becoming more and more uncommon for people to talk in front or be listened to by a bunch of


 people. Only about 1 in 5 people will be able to become a broadcaster. It is very important to speak


clear and have a good attitude when you are working. People need to be able to have a flexible


schedule so that if you are needed because of sickness or anything else, you could be open.


 Hard work is needed also, people that don't have good work ethic, then this job won't be for


you. Getting to the final step (being on air) is a long journey that isn't easy for anyone. Once ou get


there though, you won't regret it.


The perfect example why sports broadcasting is difficult. This is based on the Ray Rice situation.
